ANDHERI WORKSHOP :- The Compound required for Rubber Lining is designed at manufactured by us at our andheri workshop in Mumbai.We have following Machinery at our andheri Workshop.

Rubber Mixing Mill – 3 Pc with 22” X 60” Roll Size
Calendering Machine.
Hydraulic Press – 3 Pc
SARIGAM WORKSHOP : - With plot area of approx 1000 Sq mt and startigically located in Chemical Zone we have equipped our rubber lining facility in sarigam gidc with all the essentials required for providing quality rubber lining work as under.

Boiler –Revomaxx Series 500 Kg
Autoclave : 8’ Dia X 10’ Length with efficient loading mechanism to prevent damage to rubber linned goods.
Sandblasting facility for efficient surface preparation
Special Structures for efficient rubber lining of Agitators and Pipes.
Zero failure Record: - 
With our technical and manpower superiority we have zero failure record in all the companies that we have worked with till date.

Quality Control: - - We follow stringent quality control tests, right from procurement of raw material until the final testing and inspection

All our rubber lining Jobs are carried out as per IS 4682 standards as laid down by Bureau of Indian Standards
